Close to St Remy de Provence, Avignon, Arles and Nimes, Mas de Chausse is the perfect base to explore Provence and its nature, vineyards, restaurants, museums, markets and cycling routes.
The traditional farmhouse has four large bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. There is a big open-plan kitchen with a large dining area. The large sitting room leads out on to the terrace and the swimming pool.
The farmhouse was originally the silk factory for the Frigolet Abbey, a 12th-century monastery nearby. Some areas of the house date from the 16th century. The property is set within nine acres of almond trees and olive groves in the middle of La Montagnette nature reserve.
Services
Cleaning: Three hours cleaning per week included in the stay as well as regular pool maintenance.
Internet: Provided through a satellite connection as there is no fibre in the area. The download speed is over 65 Mbps while the download is over 3.5 Mbps.
Chef: A cook or chef can be organised depending on your requirements.

Painting retreat: Paint among the almond trees and olive groves at the Mas de Chausse Painting Retreat, a five-day art course in spring for people who want to paint, whatever their experience.
Cycling: We can accommodate pre-season cyclist training groups - with the option of a chef. We are 80km away from Mt Ventoux. We can provide track pump, allen keys, spanner set as well as a Di2 tool set. We also have a secure shed for storing bikes..
